Received an excellent service from Adrian Gosling and the Team on the design and product side if a bathroom refit. There was no pressure no hard sell, plain professional honesty and customer focus. Thank you!!! I would also like to commend Scott Beasley, the fitter who provided an excellent service, with Stephanos. The quality of the workmanship, care is 5* and honesty counts massively, especially in the world of plumbing. The aftercare and follow up by City Bathrooms has been fantastic and I fully recommend them.

Generally very happy with our new bathroom we found Scott conscientious and kept us informed along the whole process we had a couple of small issues along the way but they were discussed and rectified. Would not hesitate to recommend city bathrooms and the fitters they work with

After care second to none. Brilliant fitters and staff at City Bathrooms. 6 years ago we had an amazing refit of Bathroom and cloakroom. We received great design and advice. John and Scott fitters couldn't be more helpful and their workmanship was excellent. I can’t believe that after all this time Dave in after care is still supporting us with any additional needs and making us feel very valued. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend anyone to use City Bathrooms they are worth every penny we spent and more.Thank you, thank you, Dave, John, Scott, Debbie and all the team.

I am very satisfied with my new bathroom and its installation by City Bathrooms and Kitchens. From start to finish their customer service was impeccable, very friendly and approachable. Adrian was a star; he took the time to show me different styles and designs to suit my space and budget. Not once did I feel pressurised to decide and the door was left open for me make changes along the way if I needed to do so. The work was completed sooner than I expected which was a bonus, and when I pointed out little omissions these were addressed straightway. John and his colleague were very considerable and respectful of my home. Dave from the aftercare team has been great, checking and ensuring I was happy with my bathroom and the service received. Again, he reassured me that if there was anything I was not happy with they would do their utmost to address. I cannot fault the care and attention that has been shown by the team at City Bathrooms and Kitchens.

Had a great experience with City Bathrooms & Kitchens. You definitely get what you pay for. The vanity unit with sink and toilet that I had fitted is great quality. Plumber and fitters were excellent. The showroom is very large and impressive. I highly recommend.
