A very old and well established family business - celebrating 40 years next year. Extremely well experienced in their trade of kitchen and bathroom renovation. I was extremely impressed by the wide variety of bathroom fittings available. The expert handling of my requirements was also very pleasing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. This is an update on my original review. I have been having a problem with my shower screen so I enlisted the help of City Bathrooms and today Joe, their fitter, visited my house and proceeded to carry out the necessary work. He worked diligently and completed the job very satisfactorily. He was very pleasant and explained what the job entailed and showed me the end result of his work. I can say that once again I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend this company, or indeed Joe, to anyone requiring a bathroom renovation. Thank you to all concerned.

This is what we would called proper old fashioned customer service. We went to City Bathrooms showroom to see what they could offer, from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, allowed to look around without pressure, then when we wanted to discuss our needs, Jamie could not have been more helpful. We chose the 2 bathrooms we wanted, felt the price was very competitive. The items were delivered on the day promised, the following morning Louis and his team turned on time, and fitted 2 bathrooms in one day. Amazing, and such nice lads. At 8.15 the following morning the van turned up and took the old bathroom away. We had one small issue with a missing part, but it was resolved quickly and we were kept informed throughout. We would totally recommend City Bathrooms, everyone is so nice, from Jamie to the drivers and fitters, and there is a strong family feel to the place, with a massive focus on customer satisfaction. A great experience that we cannot praise highly enough.

I bought a new bathroom suit including a shower and all the fittings from City Bathrooms and have fitted it myself. There was a quality issue with the bath and a couple of items were missing from the kits. Jordan and Dave were very concerned and understanding and and delivered a replacement bath and the missing items the very next day. What fantastic customer service, this company really cares about customer satisfaction. I cannot praise them highly enough.
